FILE FLATNERS came to our rescue a year ago. We had recently moved into our new premises and had files stored in 3 different places and more filing cabinets in the new offices than we could comfortably accommodate.
I was introduced to John and Carole and since then they have completely reorganized our filing system. We still have paper files but we also have a very neat filing system of disks. All of our information is readily to hand and can be retrieved speedily and if required can be reprinted with ease.

I am writing to thank you both for the excellent work that you have conducted transferring our client files from paper documents to electonic format. As you can imagine as there was such a large number of filing cabinets (75 in total all completely full) it was a very nervous time for us.
As we are an accredited certification body the need for accessible client records is essential as document control is the embodiment of our business. I am also pleased to report that our annual audit by our governing body went without a hitch and all the documents were easily retrieved and even the auditor was impressed by our system!
We are all now enjoying the extra space in the office which now looks so large and tidy.
